Passionate about empowering leadership in the next generation of women, she works side-by-side with her daughter, Madison, to teach girls between the ages of 7 to 14 how to live courageously, become effective leaders and develop an entrepreneurial spirit. “Girls with strong female mentors are 5x more likely to become leaders,” she says. “Those in mentorship communities see a 75% boost in confidence and resilience.” She and her daughter have built an unshakable bond by discussing these important issues and leading girls to believe in themselves, go for their dreams and reach for the stars.
