As the Founder & CEO of Quest Workspaces, the largest woman-owned coworking company in the U.S., Laura Kozelouzek helms 14 locations across Florida and New York City serving thousands of businesses across scores of industries looking for the perfect place to bring their ideas to life.

A pioneer in the flexible workspace industry, Laura Kozelouzek has spent more than 30 years blending her professional experiences and personal passions to redefine what the modern workplace experience feels like. Launching Quest Workspaces in 2010 with just $50,000 of her own capital, she grew the company into a premium flexible workspace brand serving more than 2,000 businesses across 410,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space

Known for its hospitality-driven approach, it’s become recognized for creating work environments that feel more like boutique hotels than traditional offices. “Success means very little if you lose yourself in the process,” she says. “Over the years, I’ve learned that staying grounded comes from staying connected to my values, my people, and why I started all of this.”

As such, giving back is paramount to her life and ethos. Through Quest Cares, she leads philanthropic initiatives donating hundreds of thousands of dollars in workspace and support services to nonprofit organizations. “Entrepreneurship, loss, challenges, reinvention…they remind you very quickly what actually matters,” she says.

A lifelong entrepreneur, her career has spanned hospitality, media, restaurants, commercial real estate, and workplace innovation. Earlier in her career, she played a leading role in one of the first major consolidations of the flexible workspace industry, helping scale and shape the sector during its early evolution. Before launching Quest, she owned a popular New York City restaurant, founded a Manhattan residential real estate newspaper, and worked in sales and marketing for major hospitality brands including Marriott and Hyatt hotels in New York City.

“At this stage of my life and career, I’m less interested in chasing success for appearances and more interested in building a meaningful life, meaningful relationships, and a meaningful company culture,” she says. “And honestly? A good sense of humor helps, too…you have to be able to laugh at yourself along the way, and I still do a lot of that!”; QuestWorkspaces.com.
