After 30+ stellar years in the fitness and lifestyle space, Chalene Johnson aims to help women age powerfully.

A former fitness infomercial queen, who at the height of her success walked away when she realized the industry was pushing women toward unhealthy extremes that compromised her values, Chalene Johnson is living her next chapter with a newfound perspective.

She and her husband, Bret, have launched and sold multimillion-dollar businesses, teaching tens of thousands of entrepreneurs how to grow their brands online. She is also a New York Times bestselling author and the host of The Chalene Show podcast with 120 million+ downloads and millions of followers across her social media platforms. “I’ve built a reputation for cutting through noise and giving women the straight truth about health, business, relationships, parenting and growth long before transparency became a trend,” she says. She even walked away from a 7-figure contract when it no longer aligned with her principles. “It forced me to trust myself over external validation and sharpen my instincts,” she says.

Today, she is a leading voice in redefining what it means for women to age with power. She exposes outdated health messages, challenges fear-based narratives around menopause and teaches women how to take back control of their energy, confidence and identity. “I want to inspire women to trust themselves, to be authentic, to prioritize their health, to learn more, to admit when they are wrong and to stand up when they see injustice,” she says. “I want women to know how freaking awesome aging can be and that they get to make the rules!”

Her family supports many charities — from Alzheimer’s awareness and breast cancer research to the arts, pet adoption and programs benefiting underserved women in hormone and midlife health. “Alongside supporting established organizations, we believe it is equally important to pay attention to the needs around us,” she says. “Often, the most meaningful opportunities to help are quiet and close by.”; Chalene.com
