Flamenco takes flight in Vuela, a hypnotic new work that finds tradition in motion and artistry pushed to its edge. Created and performed by the “Queen of Flamenco” Sara Baras alongside an elite ensemble of dancers and musicians, the production unfolds as a choreographic voyage told through 15 striking pieces across four elemental acts — Wood, Sea, Death and Fly. Each chapter pulses with rhythm, emotion and a grand sense of transformation. Known for lightning-fast footwork, sculptural arms, and an unmistakable command of the stage, flamenco morphs into a living language, one that bends, breathes and soars.
